Jessica Lynne White, BS, MSPT, started her career the way most clinicians do: with patients. She earned her bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Rio Grande and her master's degree in physical therapy from the University of Cincinnati, then spent years in clinical practice across Ohio before moving to Los Angeles as a traveling physical therapist.
In Southern California she moved into leadership, serving 15 years as Director of Rehabilitation at a sub-acute hospital. That seat taught her how care really gets delivered: the staffing, the compliance, the systems, and the moments where patients fall through the cracks.
She founded Kickstart Social, a full-stack digital marketing agency, then GrowPro, a done-for-you program that builds telehealth brands with founders from the ground up. More than 80 brands have launched through it. In 2026 she launched WellieMD, her own white-label telehealth platform, and she runs her own brands on it.
She is a Marquis Who's Who honoree, a guest on Brad Lea's Dropping Bombs, and a California-based mom of two who still thinks like a clinician first.
